6 tips on muscle growth
For many people, gaining weight seems almost impossible. If you’re struggling to pack on size here’s a step-by-step plan you can use to start adding mass in a hurry.
1. Eat more!
The energy (calories) needed to build muscle tissue won’t appear from nowhere, and will need to come from your diet. So, in order to put on size, increase your calorie intake by 250-500 calories per day until you’re gaining about one pound per week. A weight gainer a quick and easy way to feed your body with the extra calories it needs to grow.
2. Follow a protein-rich diet.
You’ll gain muscle faster when you eat protein every few hours. Foods high in protein include fish, chicken, eggs, dairy produce (such as milk, cheese and yoghurt), beef, soya. You can use Egg Whites International Protein at any time of the day to raise the protein content of your diet.
3. Train with weights at least three days each week.
Each workout should last 45-60 minutes, and include compound exercises like the bench press, squat, deadlift and dips. Don’t perform a lot of calorie-sapping aerobics on your days off.
4. Take 1 scoop of Egg Whites International Protein 5-10 minutes before exercise.
Studies show that protein taken before and after exercise stimulates more muscle growth than at any other time. Its fast digestion makes Egg Whites International Protein perfect for use immediately before exercise.
5. Take 2 scoops of Egg Whites International Protein after exercise.
Most experts agree that a quickly digested source of protein such as whey and carbohydrate – as found in TOP FORM Whey Protein – taken straight after exercise is one of the best ways to gain muscle.
6. Introduce additional support nutrients to aid results.
Products like Egg Whites International Pure liquid Egg White Protein contain a range of powerful muscle-building nutrients, and are perfect for anyone wanting to achieve their lean muscle and strength goals.

This is some helpful info, thanks. At the moment I’m really focused on achieving rock-solid six pack abs. It’s my personal mission these days. I’m wondering if anyone has any special diet recommendations to help me get six pack abs faster I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into my diet. Anything else I’m not thinking of?
